John Kerry imitates Dan Quayle - sort of
John Kerry in his concession speech:

"The Civil War was the best war we've ever had because when you're fighting with yourself, you're always going to win."Except that Quayle never actually said it. Kudos to Kerry and his speechwriters, though - it's a very nice line. I'll pay that.
