The sun and the surf
Greeting from Airlie Beach, gateway to the Whitsundays region of Australia's Great Barrier Reef. Wish you could all be here, particularly all of you freezing up in the northern hemisphere right now.
One of the problems about going on holidays is that the world never does. So I'm missing out on all the interesting world events taking place around the world right now; the tidal destruction in the South Asia and the third round of the Ukrainian presidential elections to name just two. For the latest information and links there's always Instapundit, Powerline and Tim Blair (or try anyone else from the blogroll), so check them out, but don't get too comfortable and too used to over there, because I'm definitely back on Sunday, tanned (or rather sunburned), rested and ready for another great year of blogging.
By the way, another 600 hits to 1,000,000.
