The blogosphere makes a difference - again
Only a few days ago, I linked to a letter from Iran of Tomorrow Movement to the Marriott Hotels, protesting the booking made by the government of Iran at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center for the celebration of the "Twenty Sixth Anniversary of the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution", otherwise charmingly known in Iran as the "Death to America Day".
Regime Change Iran reports today that the booking has been cancelled after the blogosphere has managed to generate a storm of protest, with Marriott being deluged by angry letters, emails and faxes - in part, reminding Marriott that it's illegal for Iran to do business within the United States.
While you're at it, do check out Regime Change Iran blog, your daily source of news and views on what's happening on the next frontier of the fight for freedom.
