Iraq gets - its first democratically elected government approved by the National Assembly.
Saddam gets - a great birthday present (see above).
South Korean newspaper gets - it wrong: "Iraq has its first elected government since the fall of Saddam Hussein." Make that since Saddam was about ten years old.
Chrenkoff gets - his first reprint in an Iraqi newspaper.
